As we work to rebuild the lobby and Nomi Park, we welcome you to stay with us pool side and get a taste of the Wayfinder experience. Below you will find information explaining what you can expect during your stay. For additional questions please reach out to us at hello@wayfindernewport.com.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in starts at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    For on-season (May 1st - October 31st) 72 hour notice prior to 4:00pm of arrival date is required and for off-season (November 1st - April 30th) 24-hour notice prior to 4:00pm of arrival date is required to cancel your reservation without penalty.

  • What are the dining options?

    The Pool Shack: Open through the remainder of the summer, The Pool Shack will keep you refreshed with a selection of cocktails and snacks, perfect for fueling your getaway.

    B-Side Café: Start your morning right with freshly made custom creations and classic coffee favorites, available every day to give your day the boost it needs.

    Nomi Park: Our full-service restaurant offers a wide array of fan-favorite dishes, all served with a unique Newport twist, making it the perfect spot for a memorable meal.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We are happy to welcome your pets and offer a variety of pet-friendly amenities. We charge $50 per night for up to two pets.

  • What is the experience like at Wayfinder Newport?

    At Wayfinder Newport, you’ll enjoy a laid-back, vibrant atmosphere with plenty to explore. Start your day with a coffee from B-Side Café and get moving with a workout in our 24-hour fitness center or by exploring the city by the sea: Newport! Savor local flavors at Nomi Park, where you can enjoy favorite dishes and drinks with a Newport twist. To enhance your stay, take advantage of the city’s exciting attractions and activities, along with special neighborhood perks that will give you an authentic taste of our coastal paradise.

  • What is included within the $25 facilities fee?

    Urban Destination Fee is $25 per room per night for a plethora of inclusions, offering A Way Welcome Cocktail, Loaner bikes for island exploration to explore Newport, and onsite bike and vehicle parking. Electric Car charging station is available, 24 hour fitness fix center, High Speed Wi-Fi, Surprise & Delight Pool Perks, Good Vibes & Warm Rays Outdoor Fun in the Sun Area, Neighborhood Perks

  • What happens if I cut my trip short?

    Please note that any early departures will be charged an additional 1 nights room plus tax.

  • Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?

    Yes. Every room is priced for up to two occupants. You will be charged $20 for every guests over two per room.

  • Is there a minimum age requirement?

    Yes. We require the guest be above the age of 21 to check-in.

  • Are there ADA accessible rooms?

    Yes. We have ADA accessible rooms in both standard and suite style rooms. Visit our ADA accessibility and features page to learn more about what ADA features we offer.

  • When does your Pool Open?

    Wayfinders fun in the sun deck & pool area will be available in May with our fresh water pool accessible starting June 1st from 8 am – 7 pm

    For guests safety pool will close when lightening is detected in the area but food & drinks offerings will remain available.

  • How far is downtown Newport?

    Our central location is convenient to all attractions of the island including only 1.5 miles to the areas Visitors Center located in Downtown Newport.

  • Do I have to pay for parking?

    No. This is included in the Urban Destination Fee.
