As we work to rebuild the lobby and Nomi Park, we welcome you to stay with us in our Pool House and get a taste of the Wayfinder experience.   • Is the hotel fully reopened?

    We are thrilled to be open 7 days a week! We are currently making updates on our lobby and restaurant, but we look forward to hosting you at our Pool House.

  • What date are you accepting new reservations?

    Our Pool House rooms are currently open for new reservations starting September 1, 2023. We look forward to opening in full capacity soon.

  • What will the experience be like?

    From poolside tunes to pop-ups and events, cool down, stop by, and enjoy the Wayfinder Swim Club vibes. Our Pool Shack will keep you going all day with coffee, cocktails and snacks. You’ll be able to get your workout on at our 24-hour fitness center, or by riding around town on our Wayfinder beach cruisers. Plus you can ehance your experience even further spending some time enjoying the local attractions and activities at our city by the sea and the neighborhood perks Wayfinder has to offer.

  • Is dining currently available?

    The Pool Shack is open and will fuel your Newport getaway with coffee, cocktails and snacks. Our full-service restaurant, Nomi Park, is still closed for renovation. In the meantime, check out our compendium for our favorite spots around town or our picks for delivery.

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in starts at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.

  • What is included within the $25 facilities fee?

    Urban Destination Fee is $25 per room per night for a plethora of inclusions, offering A Way Welcome Cocktail, Loaner bikes for island exploration to explore Newport, and onsite bike and vehicle parking. Starting May 2024

  • What is your cancelation policy?

    For on-season (May 1st - October 31st) 72 hour notice prior to 4:00pm of arrival date is required and for off-season (November 1st - April 30th) 24-hour notice prior to 4:00pm of arrival date is required to cancel your reservation without penalty.

  • What happens if I cut my trip short?

    Please note that any early departures will be charged an additional 1 nights room plus tax.

  • Will I be charged for extra guests occupying my room?

    Yes. Every room is priced for up to two occupants. You will be charged $20 for every guests over two per room.

  • Is there a minimum age requirement?

    Yes. We require the guest be above the age of 21 to check-in.

  • Are there ADA accessible rooms?

    Yes. We have ADA accessible rooms in both standard and suite style rooms. Visit our ADA accessibility and features page to learn more about what ADA features we offer.

  • When does your Pool Open?

    Wayfinders fun in the sun deck & pool area will be available in May with our fresh water pool accessible starting June 1st from 8 am – 7 pm

    For guests safety pool will close when lightening is detected in the area but food & drinks offerings will remain available.

  • How far is downtown Newport?

    Our central location is convenient to all attractions of the island including only 1.5 miles to the areas Visitors Center located in Downtown Newport.

  • Do you allow pets?

    We are happy to welcome your pets and offer a variety of pet-friendly amenities. We charge $50 per night for up to two pets.

  • Do I have to pay for parking?

    No. This is included in the Urban Destination Fee.
