December’s Burger of the Month leans classic and comforting, inspired by the rich, savory flavors of French onion soup.

Our French Onion Burger starts with a grass-fed beef patty, grilled and stacked on a soft bun with melted Gruyère, caramelized onions, crispy shallots, and a deep wild mushroom reduction. It’s finished with roasted garlic aioli for a rich, savory bite that pulls it all together.
