July’s Burger of the Month leans into peak summer on the coast. Light, fresh, and full of flavor.
Our Coastal Burger starts with a local ground halibut patty, grilled and stacked on a soft bun with avocado, herb remoulade, heirloom tomato, cabbage slaw, and pickled red onions. It’s bright, balanced, and built for warm weather days by the water.
