SMOKED OXTAIL BURGER

March’s Burger of the Month leans rich, savory, and a little unexpected—in the best way.

The Smoked Oxtail Burger starts with grass-fed beef layered with smoked oxtail marmalade, tempura Rhode Island wild mushrooms, melted raclette cheese, truffle and black garlic aioli, and a bright pickled shallot relish on a toasted brioche bun. It’s bold, deeply flavorful, and built for lingering over.

Served with beef tallow smashed potatoes on the side.
