May’s Burger of the Month brings bright, punchy flavors and a fresh take on a classic favorite.

Our Pork Bánh Mì Burger starts with grilled heritage pork layered onto a sesame brioche bun with house pickled vegetables, crisp cucumber, and fresh cilantro. Garlic–jalapeño aioli and a rich tamari reduction round everything out with just the right balance of heat, tang, and savory depth.
