The Newport Burger Bender is back, inviting burger lovers to taste their way through Newport in search of the best bite in town. With more than 50 entries spanning classic beef, creative non-beef options like seafood, chicken, and bison, plus plant-based favorites, this fan-favorite competition encourages guests to try one, try some, or try them all and vote for their top pick.
This year, Antonio Wormley, Executive Chef of Little Clam, is throwing his burger into the ring.
This year's burger:
- Smoked Oxtail Burger | $28
- Grass-fed beef topped with smoked oxtail marmalade, tempura Rhode Island wild mushrooms, melted raclette cheese, truffle and black garlic aioli, and a pickled shallot relish on a brioche bun. Served with beef tallow smashed potatoes.
