Celebrate the return of Springboard, the Newport Art Museum’s members’ juried exhibition, with an opening reception that brings together contemporary works and highlights from the Museum’s permanent collection. This year’s exhibition invites artists to explore history as a living influence, reflecting on cultural inheritance, artistic lineage, and collective memory through fresh perspectives and evolving practices.
The exhibition is juried by Julie Keyes, founder of Keyes Art, whose global experience in contemporary art brings national and international insight to this regional showcase. The result is a thoughtful and dynamic exhibition that encourages dialogue between past and present, tradition and reinvention.
